Transaction Processing

Handle cash deposits, withdrawals, and check encashments.
Process loan payments, credit card deposits, and remittance transactions.
Maintain and balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
Issue cashier’s checks, money orders, and currency exchanges
Customer Service

Greet customers warmly and assist with account inquiries.
Provide information on banking products and services.
Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
Compliance & Accuracy

Ensure all transactions comply with AML and regulatory standards.
Verify identification and documentation for financial activities.
Maintain accurate transaction records and reports.
Follow internal policies and procedures for cash handling and security
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Commerce, Finance, or Computer Science.
0–2 years of experience in banking, cashiering, or customer service.
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
