We are a dynamic, growth-focused real estate brokerage based in Dubai, seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage our financial operations and ensure smooth business performance.

✅ What you’ll do:

Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Handle accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.
Oversees payroll processing through WPS, including commissions and employee expense claims.
Ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations, including VAT filing and reporting.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely submission of reports.

✅ What we’re looking for:

2+ years of UAE accounting experience, ideally within the real estate sector.
Solid knowledge of accounting principles, VAT regulations, and financial reporting.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Zoho).
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
