Head mixologist Required in Dubai

This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai for a Head Mixologist at Chinawhite Skypool. The Head Mixologist will oversee the creation of beverage menus, develop and prepare unique cocktails, and maintain high standards of service. Responsibilities include training and mentoring bar staff, managing inventory, monitoring quality and consistency, and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with the culinary team to pair beverages with dishes and maintaining compliance with safety and health regulations.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in Food & Beverage and Culinary Skills, including creating exceptional cocktail recipes and maintaining quality standards
Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to provide engaging guest experiences and teamwork
Experience in Training and mentoring bar staff, along with the ability to lead and inspire a team
Knowledge of beverage industry trends and proficiency in bar operations and inventory management
Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Prior experience as a Mixologist or Head Bartender, preferably in a luxury or high-end environment
Relevant certifications in hospitality or mixology are a plus
