Responsibilities

Job Description:

* Create quality recipe and menu items

* Responsible for ensuring that the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines

* Control and direct the food preparation process

* Oversee daily operations in the kitchen from major menu highlights, special requests and staffing

*Manage P&L and forecasts for the restaurant together with top management

Qualifications

*Open to European nationals

* 45 years old and below

* Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or any related field

* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar role; Mediterranean/Italian/French/European cuisine experience is a must; seafood background is a plus
