1. 2-5 years of experience in Guest Service/Customer Service/Front Office in Hospitality industry

2. Greeting guests upon arrival and making them feel welcomed.

3. Providing front desk services to guests.

4. Being a source of information to guests on various matters over calls and in person.

5. Diffusing conflict or tense situations with guests.

6. Attend all phone calls and provide all appropriate information to guests

7. Exceptional interpersonal skills.

8. Excellent written and verbal communication.

9. Good time management and organizational skills.

10. Conflict resolution experience.

11. Patience and good listening skills.
