Growth Manager (Business Development) Required in Dubai

Based in Dubai, Bodysm is a virtual platform empowering individuals and corporates to HEAL FROM WITHIN to lead healthier, happier, and more fulfilling lives.

We are looking to change the way people view health by creating awareness around the direct link between Trauma and Illness. We further support clients, both individuals and companies, navigate their way to good health through a combination of services focusing on Root Cause Inquiry & Inner Conflict Healing by providing customized, structured, prescription-based programs.

MISSION:

Increase our monthly regular revenue over 2 years by signing profitable contracts with corporate customers and individual curated programs. Also, to provide top-notch customer support to maintain ongoing and new accounts.

OUTCOMES:

(1) Increase monthly revenue to AED 150,000 in six months, i.e., by September 30, 2022 and thereafter maintain steady growth for the next 6 months as expounded below.

- Add 5 new corporate customers every month billing at least AED 12,000 revenue per account = AED 60,000 per month

- Add 5 new individual customers every month billing at least AED 5,000 revenue per account = AED 25,000 per month

- Follow up with leads/ clients to book appointments for visiting International Facilitator to fully book out their schedules (2 weeks every month)

- Engage and register 30 participants for every Pay What You Want Online Workshop

- Increase referrals - Steadily increase referral rate to 50% by December 31, 2022

- Recover CAC (currently AED 1,595) within 6 months

(2) Coordinate with Customer Support for all clients to enhance their overall experience

- Measure and maintain an average NPS of 70 for customer experience and loyalty. NPS score to be obtained by every client every year

- Escalate and manage customer complaints. Complaints not to be repeated more than once.

(3) Hire and initiate new sales agent under your team by September 30th, 2022

- Prepare and finalize new customer cold call script and create an SOP for the follow-up process for new customers

- Lead and manage new team members. To keep growing the team and top line revenue in an exponential way.

- 1 new qualified inquiry per day by December 31st, 2022

(4) Capture 4 testimonials per month from clients - for use across various channels

ESSENTIAL TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:

(1) Passionate and knowledgeable with a deep understanding of Wellness, Health, Trauma, and Intuitive Healing Modalities.

(2) Minimum 5 years’ Experience in Business Development and Corporate Sales. 2 years’ experience in managing and leading a team is a plus.

(3) Has worked on ODOO CRM or is able to quickly learn new software related to CRM and scheduling clients

(4) Understands, can read, and prepare P&L reports, Sales forecast reports, Pipeline analysis
