Business Development Officer Required in Dubai

Main Duties

· The Candidate should have an understanding about reference build up

· Responsible for achieving personal sales targets, new business and contributing in team target achievement

· Build positive relationships with large corporate groups (Customer oriented relations)

· Solve customer issues with efficiency and positive results

· Regularly report the sales progress and status of key accounts (i.e. update management and involve them if required)

· Sales experience in any field would be an advantage.

Work Experience Requirements

Experience in an insurance company/ insurance broker would be an advantage

Education

· Bachelor degree / Diploma in any field is preferred

· Qualification in Insurance is a plus

Skills & Competencies

· Excellent command of written and spoken English is a must

· Multilingual of other language is a plus

· Good analytical execution problem solving and decision making skills

· Ability to acquire and apply new skills

· Flexible and able to work under pressure

· Respect and maintain ethics and confidentiality

· Proactive and results oriented whilst ensuring high quality of work

· Advance level of customer service orientation and professionalism in all interactions

· Able to promote teamwork and knowledge sharing in order to achieve goals and deliverables

· Good knowledge of Microsoft applications

· UAE driving license is a plus

Compensation

Basic Salary+Travel allowance + Commission
