Role is responsible for creating trend-driven and commercially viable graphic concepts for the women’s apparel product lines. The role focuses on developing original artwork, prints, and graphic placements for apparel while ensuring alignment with the brand identity and customer expectations. Key Responsibilities1. Graphic Concept Development• Develop innovative graphic concepts and artworks for the Smart & Iconic product lines.• Create graphic placements, prints, typography, and embellishment concepts for apparel.2. Trend Research & Inspiration• Research global fashion and graphic design trends, color palettes, and typography.• Analyze competitor graphics and market trends to identify new opportunities.3. Artwork Development & Technical Execution• Create detailed artwork files for production using design software.• Prepare graphics for different print techniques including screen print, embroidery, and digital print.4. Cross-Functional Collaboration• Work closely with Designers, Buyers, and Product Development teams.• Support design teams with graphic inputs during range development.5. Sample Review & Quality Control• Review graphic samples and strike-offs to ensure quality and design accuracy.• Provide feedback on print quality, color matching, and placement.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)• Creative quality and originality of graphic designs• Commercial success of graphic-driven products• On-time artwork delivery aligned with product development timelines• Accuracy of artwork and production-ready files• Collaboration effectiveness with cross-functional teamsKey Skills• Apparel graphic design and illustration• Typography and print design• Trend forecasting and creative concept development• Adobe Creative Suite expertise• Attention to detail and production accuracy• Strong collaboration and communication skills
