We are seeking an experienced and highly creative Design Communication Specialist to support the visual, promotional, and communication needs of a leading architecture practice in Dubai. This role is ideal for a designer who excels at visual storytelling, brand coherence, and producing high-calibre materials for both digital and print platforms.

The successful candidate will contribute directly to shaping the firm’s visual identity, enhancing its external presence, and supporting the delivery of compelling proposals, presentations, and social media content.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver high-quality proposals, presentations, and branded marketing material in line with the studio’s visual standards.
Create, update, and maintain company profiles and corporate collateral.
Manage and grow the firm’s presence across social media platforms, including Instagram and LinkedIn, ensuring consistent visual and narrative messaging.
Produce engaging, design-led content that communicates project stories and studio culture.
Utilise Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) for all major design outputs.
Produce quick-turnaround digital content using platforms such as Adobe Express, Canva, and/or Figma.
Collaborate closely with architects and internal teams to ensure alignment in communication and brand direction.
Advantage: Ability to edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects for presentations and social content.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or Architecture.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within architecture, design, or related creative industries.
Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Familiarity with Adobe Express, Canva and/or Figma for rapid content creation.
Strong understanding of social media trends, visual communication, and content strategy.
Demonstrated ability in visual storytelling, conceptual thinking, and creative execution.
Excellent attention to detail and capability to work under tight deadlines.
Bonus: Video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
