We are in search of a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support the visual branding and marketing of a property developer. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas, strong design skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality work across both print and digital platforms.

Job Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Salary: AED5,000 -7000

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver engaging marketing materials — brochures, flyers, banners, social posts, presentations, signage, and more.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to translate briefs into effective visual concepts.
Maintain brand consistency and ensure technical accuracy across all outputs.
Prepare final artwork, coordinate with vendors, and oversee print production quality.
Create and maintain templates, toolkits, and organized design asset libraries.
Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
2–4 years of professional design experience (real estate or UAE/GCC experience preferred).
Strong portfolio showcasing print and digital design work.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); motion graphics a plus.
Excellent sense of layout, typography, and attention to detail.
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
