Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Full-Time Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for aesthetics, excellent technical skills, and the ability to translate concepts into compelling visual designs across multiple platforms. The candidate should have experience working on brand identity projects, be fully versed in Figma, and have knowledge of motion graphics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design creative concepts for branding projects, marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and print materials.

• Collaborate closely with the Account Director, Content Creation team, and clients to understand project requirements and deliver visually appealing solutions.

• Create graphics, layouts, and visual content consistent with brand guidelines and client expectations.

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.

• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance creative output.

• Prepare final design files for print and digital use, ensuring technical specifications are met.

• Support the team in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas to elevate brand identity and marketing impact.

• Maintain organized archives of all design assets and files.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field preferred.

• Proven experience 6 to 7 years as a graphic designer or in a similar creative role, preferably within an agency setting.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.

• Experience working on brand identity projects.

• Knowledge of motion graphics is a plus.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design styles and projects.

• Excellent attention to detail and strong conceptual skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Good communication skills and ability to receive and implement feedback constructively.
