TokenWin is in search of a creative, skilled, and versatile Graphic Designer to join our Graphic Design Team. This role is crucial in supporting the design needs across various departments, with an immediate focus on creating dynamic web banners and advertising materials for our Marketing department. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of artistic creativity and technical expertise and an understanding of digital marketing trends and the crypto gaming sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and produce diverse digital marketing materials, including but not limited to web banners, promotional graphics, and advertising creatives, aligning with TokenWin’s brand guidelines and marketing goals.
Act as a key player within the Graphic Design Team, supporting the graphic design needs across all departments, while primarily focusing on marketing initiatives.
Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to conceptualize and execute engaging visual campaigns aimed at boosting user engagement and promoting the TokenWin brand.
Maintain proficiency in various graphic design tools and software, employing best practices in design to ensure high-quality graphics and multimedia content.
Keep abreast of the latest graphic design trends, digital marketing innovations, and industry developments in crypto gaming, ensuring that all designs are current and impactful.
Manage and prioritize multiple projects from concept through completion, adhering to deadlines and ensuring a cohesive brand experience across all digital channels.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio that includes digital marketing materials like web banners and advertising creatives.
Expertise in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and knowledge of design best practices.
A creative mindset with the ability to convert marketing objectives into visually compelling designs.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments.
Familiarity with the online gaming and cryptocurrency sectors is highly advantageous.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
