Role Overview:

Fintopio FZ LLC is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media. The ideal candidate will have experience in the fintech or cryptocurrency sectors and be skilled in visual design and branding. As a Graphic Designer at Fintopio, you will be responsible for developing creative design solutions that have a high visual impact, contributing to our web3 crypto wallet's brand presence.

Principal Tasks:

Continue to build the brand's creative reputation through developing innovative, highly creative graphics for both internal and external audiences.
Produce high quality graphics, images and illustrations that will contribute to a wide variety of marketing projects that showcase Fintopio's products and capabilities.
Follow creative direction for each project, while working collaboratively to enhance and define a project from start to finish. With a detailed understanding of the brand to ensure brand elements are consistently applied to work.
Liaising with external printers on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met and materials are printed at the highest quality.
Working as part of a team with copywriters, content managers, motion designers, product designers etc. to ensure that consistent and high standards are maintained, and the needs of the business are met.
Think creatively and develop design concepts, graphics and layouts that well reflect the message tailored to our audience.
Understand, protect and drive the brand values and guidelines.
Ensure consistency of creative/brand message to support all areas of the business across all platforms.
Establish the Fintopio style guidelines through fresh and sophisticated, high-quality graphic design.
When required work with 3rd party agency outputs to further develop and create additional marketing assets.
Maintain design specifications and quality through all phases of a project.
Assist with the management of assets, typography, logos, icons and branding.
Effectively communicate with other members of the team to ensure designs are on-brand.
Incorporate internal amends and Final proofing / quality checks.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
Proven graphic designing experience, preferably in the fintech, cryptocurrency, or related industries.
An engaging and original portfolio of your work
Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma).
A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
Ability to conform to strict deadlines-oriented projects and works well in fast paced environments
Ability to interact and communicate to present ideas
Extensive experience in designing across digital platforms
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, especially in the fintech and cryptocurrency sectors.
Knowledge & Skills

Essential:

Professional proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud – InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects and Figma
PowerPoint expertise
Good organizational skills, project management, briefing and excellent attention to detail. Preferred project management software - Monday.com.
Comfortable presenting in front of group in person or over Teams
Desirable:

Demonstrates innovative thinking and strong creative execution.
3D design skills: knowledge of 3D design softwares such as Blender, Autodesk Maya or Cinema 4D, will be highly valued.
Motion Graphics: demonstrated ability in motion graphics and video editing, using software like Adobe After Effects, will be considered as significant plus.
Interactive Design Knowledge: Experience in designing interactive elements for web and mobile applications, using tools like Adobe XD, Figma or Sketch, is a great asset.
