Almirax Real Estate is seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer with expertise in both photo and video editing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their proficiency in creating visually stunning and engaging content. As a Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring creative concepts to life and contribute to the overall visual identity of our brand.

Responsibilities:

Photo Editing:

Manipulate and enhance digital images to meet brand standards and project requirements.
Retouch and edit photographs for various purposes, including marketing materials, social media, and website content.
Ensure consistency and quality in all visual assets.

Video Editing:

Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, visually appealing videos.
Add visual effects, transitions, and graphics to enhance video content.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging video concepts and storyboards.

Creative Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand project objectives and deliver visually compelling designs.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas and concepts.
Collaborate with other designers and stakeholders to maintain a cohesive visual identity across various platforms.

Software Proficiency:

Utilize industry-standard software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Cap Cut to execute design projects.
Stay updated on emerging design trends and software updates to maintain a high level of expertise.

Project Management:

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to deadlines.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and project execution.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both photo and video editing.
Understanding of design principles, composition, and typography of the Real Estate Market.
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
