Graphic Designer Required in Dubai

Our client a Digital Agency is looking for a Social First Creator - a Social Media first Designer who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and loves the challenge of discovering what makes consumers click. You will cooperate with a design-savvy team for static/ video/ animations, to devise and execute overall concepts for the agency. The goal is to translate marketing and branding strategies into innovative and impressive campaigns that stimulate targeted audiences.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years agency or design studio experience is mandatory; preferably with clients in Middle East countries
Client facing experience with Arabic first clients is a plus
An understanding of creative design and layout
The ability to build creative and unique ideas
The confidence to communicate your ideas and sell them to peers and clients
The flexibility to adapt your ideas to suit client expectations
Should be comfortable working in an aggressive, fast-paced and young startup culture & flexible to work outside office hours; The willingness to work to tight deadlines in high pressured environments without compromising on work quality
An awareness of digital media and evolving online platforms
A track record of inventive and compelling design work
Hands-on experience with logo design, content production, typography, color, web layout design, print production, image selection and package design
Proficient use of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, other visual design, and wire-framing tools
Team player with strong communication and presentation skills
Is highly organized and adept at managing multiple client accounts/ timelines every day
Is addicted to creating likable social content on a daily basis/ connects with social community members as a natural; Shares a passion to create engaging and entertaining brand campaigns/ Looking to outdo herself/ himself on a daily basis
Has worked on monthly/ weekly social media or content plans along with brand team and content creators; First-hand knowledge of all the current social platforms & social content formats
Working Knowledge: Adobe Suite - Aftereffects, Photoshop, Illustrator, In design

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Execute Designs for key agency clients directly
Generate clear ideas and concepts in tandem with the program teams
Generating original visual executions that are both exciting and creatively attractive
Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience
Cooperate with the rest of the creative team across different types of media
Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines
Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers and provide directions
Present completed ideas to clients/team members
Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices
