Ability to explain work processes and decisions to both clients and team members, using their feedback to produce the desired product.
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
Create video and motion graphics style frames, transitions, visualizations, and effects.
Develop illustrations, logos, layouts, infographics, and other designs using software or by hand.
Help foster a culture of design excellence by setting a consistently high bar for execution and delivery of highly engaging experiences across all customer touchpoints.
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
Schedule projects and define budget constraints.
Test designs and graphics across various media.
To develop designs that reflect Trustline’s brand personality.
Translate business marketing objectives into designs that are clear, compelling, visually exciting, uplift our products and/or values, and are emotionally compelling.
Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
