Digital Marketing Executive – Google Ads Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled and data-driven Google Ads Expert to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling Google Ads campaigns to drive quality traffic, leads, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Shopping, Performance Max).

Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.

Optimize campaign structure, ad copy, bidding strategies, and landing pages for better ROI.

Monitor and report daily/weekly/monthly campaign performance.

A/B test ads, extensions, and creatives to improve CTR and Quality Score.

Implement conversion tracking, pixel setup, and ensure accurate data flow with Google Analytics.

Collaborate with the creative and content teams for effective ad creatives.

Stay updated with Google Ads policy updates and algorithm changes.

Required Skills:
2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.

Strong understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.

Experience with Performance Max and Shopping Campaigns is a plus.

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for campaign analysis and reporting.

Certification in Google Ads is preferred.
