Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support Regional Managers to achieve revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction goals
• Monitor regional sales performance and drive action plans based on customer trends and KPIs
• Collaborate with senior leadership on reporting, strategic planning, and business expansion
• Identify growth opportunities and shape sales planning across regions
• Ensure consistency in brand standards and customer experience across all locations
• Develop store-level leadership and improve frontline effectiveness
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, brand standards, and audit requirements
• Deliver timely sales forecasts, performance analysis, and executive reports
Requirements:
• 8–10 years of experience in jewellery retail, including a role as Regional or Country Manager
• Excellent product knowledge and understanding of luxury retail
• Strong leadership, communication, and reporting abilities
• Strategic, performance-focused mindset with proven delegation skills
• Knowledge of business planning, operational leadership, and resource coordination
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate and implement solutions
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
