Handling of Accounts Receivables/Payables.
 Maintaining day to day accounting of the company.
 Prepares Monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements
 Handling petty cash transaction and posting entries in the system.
 Inform staff of job responsibilities, performance expectations, client service standards, or corporate policies and guidelines.
 Handling office administration.
 Prepares monthly payment schedule for vendors/suppliers
 Prepare payroll, commission report, Income report etc. as per required by company.
 Making daily Sales report and Deposit money in the bank.
 Maintains vendors’/suppliers’ records and ledger
 Attends and coordinates with the company’s banking concerns.
 Attends and assists employees’ enquiries.
 Attends and assists the PRO in visa processing of employees.
 Maintains Accounts’ Ledger of the company.
 Coordinate to HR for visa work and opening employee’s salary bank accounts
