You will primarily be executing various duties at the front desk (Reception) alongside our Client Service Executive. The role is to be carried out in a manner that ensures our clients at the Centre receive a premium ‘5-star’ experience. You will also be required to assist the management in various administrative tasks when needed.

Primary Function:
Meet and greet VIP clients & guests in a positive, warm, professional manner.
Knowledge and tact on how handle a front desk – answering phone calls, and interacting with clients, suppliers and visitors efficiently and professionally.
Draft professional emails in response to client enquires & requests.
Additional Responsibilities:
Keep track of and recording the client’s facility & service use.
Assist with office move-ins and move-outs; communicate the necessary information to new clients.
Update the CRM system with new sales enquiry information received from calls and walk-in visitors.
Works with Center Assistants to ensure that office supplies, stationery and pantry essentials are stocked.
Assist the team with making travel, concierge bookings, when needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum two (2) years working experience as a customer-facing receptionist in a high-end business / hospitality environment.
Minimum High School Certificate or a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant subject (Business Administration, Hospitality, etc.) This does not matter as much as experience and synergy with the team. Fresh graduates are welcome.
Excellent professional English (spoken and written); Proficiency in additional languages (especially Arabic) is a plus.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office – at ease with creating Powerpoint presentations, Word documents and Excel Sheets; Good typing speed.
