What you’ll do:
• Develop, implement, and monitor food safety programs to comply with industry and regulatory standards.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of production processes, facilities, and equipment.
• Identify potential food safety risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Train staff on food safety policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with quality assurance, production, cleaning & waste management teams to drive continuous improvement.
What we’re looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in food safety, preferably in the FMCG - Food industry.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Certification in food safety or related areas is a plus.
