Financial Controller Required in Dubai
Key tasks

Oversee the accounting side of the business from financial statement preparation to the management of accounts payable & receivable.
Ensure the financial controls are kept up to date and look for areas of improvement.
Examine extenral risks and advise the business on best practice to mitigate these risks.
Participation in key finance change projects and identifying any process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
Working with the team during the annual audit process for the Group which may include liaising with external auditors.
Introduction and renewal of financial policies.
Owning process improvement relating to identified weaknesses in current processes.

Key personal characteristics

Qualified ACA/ACCA accountant with big 4 audit experience.
Post qualified experience within a rapidly scaling business
Excellent communication and time management experience.
Excellent at process reviews and control improvements.
Solid system experience.
Excellent leadership skills.

This role will pay between £90k and £120k DOE plus market leading bonus & huge opportunities for progression.
