Financial Controller Required in Dubai

We are the leading Real Estate company "Kalinka Middle East Real Estate" looking for our accounting star - Financial Controller (Russian speaker).

If you are goal oriented, ambitious and have experience in real estate field - finance, we are waiting for you!

Accounting for the company in accordance with the requirements of local legislation

Expected qualifications:

Tax accounting, timely preparation, filing of tax returns and payment of taxes in accordance with local legislation
Managing bank accounts and funds, opening bank accounts (if necessary) and working with banks
Preparation and protection of the annual budget of the local office
Management accounting and reporting including plan/fact analysis in accordance with the procedure established by the global office
Making payments in accordance with the regulations of the company's global office
Short- and long-term liquidity planning
Organization of work on invoicing, revenue collection and accounts receivable management
Control and optimization of expenses, provision of work with contractors, management of accounts payable
Accrual and accounting of salaries, broker remuneration payments and other KPI payments
Accounting for intra-group transactions, balance of intra-group settlements
