Finance Manager Required in Dubai

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager that will analyze every day financial activities and subsequently provide advice and guidance to management on future financial plans.

The goal is to enable the company’s leaders to make sound business decisions and meet the company’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

· Providing financial reports and interpreting financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.

· Advising on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take.

· Maintaining the financial health of the organization.

· Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.

· Develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances.

· Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.

· Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.

· Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.

· Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing and other transactions.

· Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary

· Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.

· Correspond with various departments, discussing company plans ad agreeing on future paths to be taken.

· Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company

· Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes.

· Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation

Required Skills:

· 4-5 years of proven experience preferably from a Consulting Background

· Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or similar.

· Postgraduate degrees in Financial Management would be beneficial

· Additional professional qualification such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus

· Proven experience as a Financial Manager

· Experience in a financial sector with previous possible roles such as financial analyst.

· Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns.

· Proficient user of finance software

· Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal

· Strong interpersonal, analytical, communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

· Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used.

· A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.

· Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations

· Ability to work within time constraints.
