Finance Executive Required in Dubai

Looking for a qualified Finance Executive, with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be a hardworking and meticulous accountant who can support the finance team and our dynamic business with daily accounting, month-end tasks, and other numerical responsibilities.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Ensure that all invoices and employee expense reports received are recorded and paid in accordance with company policy.
Ensure that all transactions are recorded. Replenish petty cash monthly.
Follow up on collection of invoices.
Prepare documentation of publisher payments.
Prepare publisher, agency, and other reports as needed.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing.
Assist in yearly external audit.
Maintain files and records.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Process salaries
Maintain in house financial statement
day-to-day accounting functions,
Integrating finance operations
Forecasting and budgeting
Handling tax matters
Preparing financial reports
Analyzing financial data
Monitoring internal controls.
Managing financial transactions.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Reconcile bank statements.

Key Competencies

Highly responsible and reliable with exceptional attention to detail.
A strong team player with a can-do attitude, working co-operatively and encouraging others
Able to work to tight deadlines
Able to maintain effective relationships with other team members
Knowledge of Microsoft and Excel is a must.
