At Sanctum, we’re looking for an experienced and versatile Finance Manager who has experience in the Crypto space.

Crypto/blockchain experience is ESSENTIAL. Please only apply if you have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in this field.

Our ideal candidate has experience developing and executing Crypto and blockchain marketing campaigns as well as long-term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs on multiple projects.

Role responsibilities:

· Analyze the financial activities and provide support to the management on financial plans.

· Responsible for all facets of company finance including budgeting, allocation and planning.

· Daily reporting and analyzing targets

· Planning and performing financial and operational audits.

· Managing and coordinating monthly report.

· Develop long term business plans based on the reports.

· Launch campaigns for new projects.

· Strategies to minimize financial risks.

· Monitor industry best practices and market trends.

· Analyze key financial information to optimize financial planning

· Analyze, developing and managing finance strategies, plans and budgets.

Education and Experience:

· A minimum of 5 years in a finance management role.

· Proven 1-2 years of experience in the Crypto/Blockchain/Fintech Industry is ESSENTIAL Proven experience supervising and managing a dynamic and high performing team

· Bachelor’s Degree in finance or a related field

· Experience in all aspects of developing and managing finance strategies, plans and budgets.

· Experience in Asset Management.
