Finance Manager - Dubai

We’re Hiring a Finance Manager for our Dubai Office
We are looking for a confident and experienced Finance Manager who has solid UAE accounting experience and a background in managerial or assistant managerial finance roles. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in local tax compliance and financial regulations and ready to take ownership of the finance function to keep operations running smoothly.
Mandatory skills:
• UAE experience is essential.
• Previous Managerial or Assistant Manager experience in finance or accounting.
• Strong knowledge of tax compliance and UAE financial regulations.
What you’ll be doing:
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate transaction recording.
• Prepare financial reports and statements for management review.
• Perform bank reconciliations, manage petty cash, and track payments.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and other regulatory requirements.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities to assist strategic planning.
• Handle month-end payroll processing and related payroll tasks.
What we’re looking for:
• Accounting experience in the UAE.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable using accounting software — Zoho Books experience preferred.
• A positive, team-focused attitude and good communication skills.
