Are you an experienced finance leader passionate about driving excellence in manufacturing finance, strategic control, and business performance? Join our dynamic team as a Finance Controller, where you’ll play a central role in overseeing financial strategy, compliance, and leadership across multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the finance team to ensure accurate accounting, reporting, and adherence to IFRS and local regulations.
• Oversee annual budgeting, forecasting, and performance evaluation processes.
• Act as a strategic business partner, offering insights and financial guidance to management and operational teams.
• Manage treasury operations, cash flow forecasting, working capital, insurance, and secretarial matters.
• Handle intercompany transactions, cost recharge mechanisms, and transfer pricing across regional entities.
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies, internal controls, and local tax frameworks.
• Lead risk management, internal audit coordination, and corporate governance initiatives.
• Collaborate with global teams to streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong track record in manufacturing finance, with deep knowledge of costing, budgeting, and reporting.
• Expertise in IFRS standards, compliance frameworks, and internal controls.
• Proven leadership abilities and hands-on experience in treasury, taxation, and financial operations.
