Job Description

We are looking for a Finance Assistant to join our fast growing Scale-Up. While being onboarded we will ask you to focus on the following activities:
Processing new sales correctly in the ERP and dashboards
Following up on customer contract information and sending out the invoices
Accounts Receivables management
Diverse financial accounting duties
Data entries / clean-ups
Once you're comfortable in your role, your responsibilities will grow with the following:
Owning purchase to pay process
Perform tasks in monthly financial closing process
Salary journal entries
Revenue journal entries
Reconciliations
Prepare VAT-filings and support documentation
Processing bank entries and preparing payment batches
Supporting in KPI dashboarding
Taking ownership in monthly closing process
Year-end audit support
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree or higher in finance / accounting
1-3 years experience (depending on degree)
Steep learning curve, entrepreneurial and pragmatic approach
IT Savvy
Experience with Accounting Software and CRM (i.e. Salesforce) is a plus
Fluent in English, both verbal and written
Affinity with fast growing scale-ups is a plus
