Finance Analyst

Key responsibilities, but not limited to:

Passing of necessary entries in the ERP system to facilitate monthly reporting of financial statements of the company (P&L and Balance Sheet);
Monthly analyses of all main accounts – stocks, debtors, creditors, work in progress etc. with a view to finalize the monthly accounts;
Manage banking transactions in the ERP and processing of the same in the electronic banking platforms of banks;
Review of and processing expense reports and payments;
Preparation of month end schedules, analysis & reconciliations and compliance with other requirements for the monthly reporting towards the compilation of Trial Balance and Profit & Loss Accounts;
Liaison with the local auditors for statutory audit & authorities as may be required;
Ensuring compliance with company’s accounting & other policies and regulations;
Assistance in completing the VAT returns in the countries assigned;
Maintain & Analyze project costing records, Fixed Assets Register and Petty Cash;
Liaison with the Sales/Commercial/Projects/Service department(s) ; banks, vendors, customers etc. as may be required;

Requirements

Able to step up to the challenge in a multinational environment;
Able to work independently on your core duties while collaborating cross-functionally with other teams;
ACCA/CPA/CMA qualification;
Minimum 3-4 years working experience in SAP/ERP environment;
Advanced knowledge on Excel is mandatory;
Excellent customer service skills;
Highly organized and detail-oriented;
Excellent communicator;
Ability to handle multiple demand, competing priorities and rapid change.
