Finance & Administration Assistant - Dubai
We're hiring a Finance & Administration Assistant to join our dedicated team! If you're a meticulous accounting professional with a strong sense of organization and accuracy, we’d love to hear from you. You'll work closely with the Head of Finance & Administration to streamline daily financial tasks and manage administrative duties efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Handle day-to-day accounting transactions using Zoho Books, including managing supplier payments, reconciliations, and tracking deferred revenue.
✔ Provide support for HR functions and assist with annual audits.
✔ Take charge of Accounts Receivable, such as preparing invoices, assigning payments, and generating daily revenue reports.
✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams by supplying accurate financial documentation and completing ad-hoc assignments as required.
Ideal Candidate:
✅ Holds a degree in accountancy or similar professional certification.
✅ Has 1+ years of accounting experience in the Middle East, preferably with QuickBooks or Zoho experience.
✅ Communicates fluently and professionally in English.
✅ Is well-organized, takes initiative, and excels in a multicultural work environment.
