F&B Cost Controller Required in Dubai

We are urgently looking for a strong F&B Cost Controller for our SUSHISAMBA operation. Please note that this is an operation's based role; hence, this is a 1 day off per week.

Ideal Candidate:

Must have a degree in Business Administration/B.Com/Finance or equivalent
Must have 3-5 years similar experience from a high volume F&B operations with alcohol
Good knowledge MS Office and inventory programs, experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 will be ideal.
Excellent reporting skills
Detail oriented
Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.
Good team player
Good knowledge of purchasing, receiving, issuing, and inventory processes.
