Job Description:

Responsible for all kitchen operations, including preparing dishes, hiring and managing kitchen staff, and inventory management
Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
Modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
Monitor inventory and purchasing supplies and food from approved vendors
Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in the similar role preferably from the same industry
Must be available to join immediately
