Event Manager - Dubai

We are looking for an Event Manager
Location: Le Guépard, Alserkal Avenue, Dubai
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning & Conceptualization:
• Developing event concepts, themes, and designs, and creating detailed plans that align with client objectives and budgets.
Logistics & Operations:
• Managing all logistical aspects of the event, including venue selection, catering, décor, audiovisual equipment, transportation, and staffing.
Budget Management:
• Creating and monitoring event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.
Vendor & Supplier Management:
• Sourcing, negotiating with, and managing relationships with vendors and suppliers (e.g., caterers, equipment providers, entertainment).
Marketing & Promotion:
• Developing and executing marketing plans to promote events through various channels and attract attendees or sponsors.
Event Execution:
• Overseeing the smooth operation of the event on the day, including setup, breakdown, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
Post-Event Analysis:
• Evaluating the success of the event, preparing reports, and gathering feedback for future improvements.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
• A natural host with exquisite taste and intuition
• 3+ years’ experience in event planning or hospitality in premium/luxury environments
• A strong eye for design, layout, and flow
• Cool-headed problem solver with exceptional multitasking skills
• Fluent in English and Arabic, with bonus points for French
• Deep love for curating elevated dining and experiential moments
