Driving Instructor Required in Dubai

· Provide safe & quality training to the customer to achieve their driver’s license within minimum number of attempts.

· Imparting Safe & quality training to the customers

· Educating the customers regarding on the parts and functions of a vehicle, and on-road regulations, traffic rules & regulations

· Managing & maintaining the training vehicle.

· Following the RTA & ECO's policies for prevention of Covid-19.

· Enrolling for technical training for continuous upgradation of RTA guidelines & rules and regulations

· Attending Soft Skills training to handle customer and make their training journey a smooth process

· Preparing lessons that are tailored to customers' needs.

· Teaching practical skills related to all aspects of driving.

· Helping customers to develop confidence in their driving skills.

· Gaining control of the vehicle during emergency situations.

· Calming customers who are in distress.

· Documenting and reporting on customers’ progress.

· Informing customers when they are ready to take the driver's test.

· Reporting all accidents to the Head of the driving school.

Requirements:

· Secondary school, diploma or equivalent.

· Valid UAE driving license (Manual License preferred).

· Valid UAE driving instructor's license or certification.

· Well versed with UAE roads and should know RTA related rules and regulations.

· Proven 3 – 5 years of experience as a driving instructor in UAE.

· Clear driving record.

· Clear criminal record.

· Excellent verbal and written communication.

· Patience and enthusiasm.

· Ability to remain calm under pressure.

Salary AED 3,000 - AED 3,650 + OT + Incentives + Other Benefits as per UAE Labor Law
