Drive Safely and Politely
Drive guests and clients safely to their destinations.
Always follow Dubai traffic laws and company driving rules.
Keep a calm and polite attitude with all passengers.
Vehicle Care and Cleanliness
Keep the limousine clean inside and outside at all times.
Check fuel, oil, water, air pressure, and tires daily.
Report any mechanical problems to the operations team.
Customer Service
Greet passengers with respect and assist them with luggage.
Open doors and ensure passenger comfort during the ride.
Maintain professional behaviour and appearance at all times.
Trip Management
Use GPS or company software to plan the best routes.
Arrive on time for pick-up and drop-off.
Inform the operations team immediately in case of delay or issue.
Documentation and Reporting
Record daily trips, mileage, fuel, and other details.
Follow the company’s schedule and report to the supervisor after each shift.
Submit receipts and any passenger complaints to the operations team.
Company Rules and Safety
Follow Ecosine’s dress code and grooming standards.
Do not use mobile phones while driving (except hands-free for work).
Respect clients’ privacy and confidentiality.
