The Driver – PRO role combines the responsibilities of providing safe, reliable, and comfortable transportation services to company stakeholders and comprehensive public relations and government liaison functions. In addition to driving duties, the incumbent will manage various visa, labour and immigration matters, and official documentation with government authorities. This dual role requires exceptional organization, confidentiality, and professionalism in both transport and administrative duties

Responsibilities:

Transporting stakeholders at the specified time and place, ensuring a safe and comfortable journey for passengers.
Providing daily document collections and deliveries, ensuring the highest level of safety and confidentiality.
Assisting with various job-related tasks assigned by the departmental head
Mapping out driving routes ahead of time with the help of navigation applications/GPS devices to determine the best route and staying up to date on road conditions.
Maintaining the interior and exterior cleanliness and presentation of company car fleet in a timely manner.
Assisting with loading and unloading any heavy packages and luggage.
Availability to occasionally take weekend and night shifts.
Handling all government liaison activities, including medical/bio-metric appointments, visa applications, renewals, cancellations, tender application processing, etc.
Liaising with embassies, consulates, banks, and government departments on behalf of the company.
Performing other job-related duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience as a Driver – PRO in the region
Full English proficiency is required, additional foreign language will be an advantage
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Excellent knowledge of the Dubai roads
Experience with driving luxury vehicles
Good organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain professionalism in stressful driving situation
