The Role
We’re hiring Direct Ads Managers who lead with creative instincts and back them up with sharp ad-buying skills. This is not a pure media-buyer job — you’ll be expected to craft attention-grabbing short-form creative, direct shoots, and translate trends into high-performing ad assets while managing campaign execution.
What You’ll Own
• Creative Ad Direction: Write viral-style ad scripts, storyboard concepts, and work with production teams to create scroll-stopping video content.
• Campaign Execution: Launch and manage paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google with a creative-first approach.
• Performance Iteration: Rapidly test creative variations, identify winners, and scale what works.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate closely with social content teams to repurpose viral content into ads and vice versa.
• Client Impact: Own campaign outcomes and clearly communicate ROI to high-value clinic clients.
You Are a Fit If…
• Proven Creative Wins: You can show ads or viral videos you scripted or directed that hit 100k+ views or produced measurable conversions.
• Short-Form Expertise: Deep understanding of hooks, retention, and short-form content psychology.
• Hands-On with Paid Media: Experience running Meta, TikTok, and Google campaigns, with a belief that creative drives performance.
• Execution-Focused: Comfortable iterating quickly, juggling multiple accounts, and delivering under pressure.
• Relentlessly Curious: You test, learn, and scale — and you don’t stop until something works.
What Success Looks Like
• At 90 days: Multiple high-performing viral creatives launched and clear early wins in client ad accounts.
• At 6 months: A repeatable system for creative ideation → production → testing is in place, raising the team’s speed and performance bar.
