We professionally do this while preserving our client’s image and our reputation in the industry. We have no upfront fees or sign-up charges for our collection services and only charge a fee if we successfully collect money on the accounts placed for collection.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Debt Collector at Green Lines Group in Dubai, UAE. The Debt Collector will manage delinquent accounts, from initial contact with clients to debt recovery. Daily tasks include conducting skip tracing, negotiating payment plans, maintaining contact with clients via phone and email, and processing financial transactions.

Qualifications

Debt Collection and Cash Collection skills
Excellent Communication skills
Computer Literacy skills
Experience in Finance or Accounting
Experience in the legal field is a plus
Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
Persistence and attention to detail

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field is preferred. Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus.
