Job Description

Maintenance and updating of customer data and account information in multiple systems such as Sales Force, Looker, QuickBooks, Monday & Excel
Check source documents for accuracy
Reviewing data from multiple sources and verify data based on pre-set criteria
Perform data entry tasks based on analysis of data sources
Perform data entry in multiple systems
Perform analysis to assess quality and meaning of data
Prepare reports for management on an ad-hoc basis

Skills Required

Proficient in Microsoft excel & computer/IT savvy
Problem solving skills
Accuracy and high attention to detail
Having a systematic and logical approach to problem-solving
Team working skills
Good command of English both oral and written
Work Experience in a similar role preferred
