Cyber Security - Practice Head Required in Dubai

As part of our expansion efforts at CNS - The incumbent will be responsible to lead the Cyber Security practice in CNS; partnerships, go to market strategy, solutions and delivery capabilities.

Formulate and implement the strategic plan for Cyber Security business/practice that guides the direction of the business or organization.

Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

Come up with strategy, approach & plan to build Cyber Security Practice.
Grow Cyber Security practice, partnerships, go to market strategy, delivery capabilities and solutions
Engage with customers & demonstrate Cyber Security capability.
The incumbent should have had a strong understanding about the business both from a technical perspective and business development.
Lead and direct multiple engagements profitably.
He has to build good relations and strategy with the Cyber Security aggregators and providers
Build the Eco system required to offer Cyber Security to market
Understand the commercial and managed services aspect of Cyber Security technology
Enable the rest of the organization to drive the Cyber Security Business to success

Qualifications

Strong Leadership and evidence of good business acumen.
Ability to lead and direct a Cyber Security presales and sales teams
Strong written and oral communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills, customer management and presentation skills
Outstanding time management skills and attention to details
Ability to troubleshoot details while maintaining the "big picture" view
Self-motivated, "Find a way to get it done" attitude
