Customer Success Specialist Required in Dubai

Raha Beach Ventures is a fast-growing startup studio looking for go-getters. We need a customer success manager who can lead from the front lines. As a part of our ambitious team, you'll assist in the creation of the company's customer success strategy, creating strong customer connections and engaging with cross-functional leaders to provide outstanding customer experiences. Our ideal applicant uses analytical talents to solve challenges and build connections. This post requires digital or advertising client expertise and a track record of assessing and optimizing campaigns.

Objectives of this Role

Manage onboarding, installation, training, adoption, retention, and customer satisfaction with assigned customers.
Establish a trusted and strategic adviser relationship to generate product value.
Develop customer success strategies and best practices with the creative team.
Communicate effectively with senior-level management to understand customer demands, enhance retention and growth, and share learnings.
Maintain customer success metrics and data.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts, creating trust and rapport while finding opportunities and following best practices.
Review the customer journey and how it's supported to assist clients in solving obstacles and accomplishing goals.
Coordinate project team members, including third-party service suppliers, to guarantee timely deliveries.
Strategize forthcoming client meetings with team members.
Prepare documentation or graphics to show client campaign performance; evaluate trends to discover improvement areas.
Coordinate with sales and marketing to gather customer references and case studies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

At least 3 years in communications, marketing, sales, account management, or customer success
Strong communication, planning, and project management abilities.
Analytical, process-focused mentality
Comfortable working across departments with deadlines
Team player, self-starter, multitasker who can adapt priorities
Friendly, engaging personality
Clear spoken and written English

Preferred Qualifications

Undergraduate degree
SalesForce and project management knowledge
Event planning experience
Arabic a plus!
