We are a pet food manufacturing and subscription business currently serving the UAE market. The idea candidate would have experience in either of the below:

Nutrition-related business such as Meal Plans (Right Bite, KCAL, etc.)
Pet food or pet-care related experience (veterinary clinic, boarding facility, etc.)

The required skill set should include:

Ability to communicate eloquently in English
Ability to manage daily client communications
Ability to produce a report on daily client communication and issues
Ability to work comfortably with technology and CRM tools
