Job description-

· Identifying and assessing a customer’s needs

· Keeping detailed records of customer interactions

· Following your company’s communication procedures and policies

· Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

· Duties will be sales of Etisalat Products like Postpaid, Prepaid, Handsets, Elife, Accessories and

other services

· Complaints, requests and Enquiries handling

· Full-time Job

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree /Graduate

Experience: Minimum 1 year of Sales/Customer Service experience in any field.

Age: Less than 30

Language:- Preferable Arabic speaking.

Skills & Abilities:

Smart, presentable and with excellent communication skills

Flexible for any location and shift
