Customer Service Representative Required in Dubai

Job Purpose

Do you love making people happy? This could be the job for you!

You need to be helpful, patient and desire to work in a customer-focused company. We handle all customer service calls for our UAE and KSA websites from our Call Center in Dubai.

The successful candidate will be:

· Bilingual Arabic/ English- verbal, reading, and writing

· Have 1-year minimum experience in customer service preferably with an E-Commerce website

· Full of energy- it's a busy department!

The job involves:

· Answering the phone for all customers inquiries

· Answering all email inquiries

· Solving customer issues

· Handling customers issues in a pleasant and professional manner

· Handling walk-in customers and assisting them with their requirements

· Meeting daily quotas of call and email answering

· Assistance with queries on social media

· Representing the company at community events

You must possess the following skills:

· You must be a team player as the role is the link between the customer support department & other departments

· Patience and politeness are an absolute must

· Experience with Salesforce and Avaya phone systems is a bonus

· Excellent time-keeping skills

· Email and web-savvy

· A good telephone voice

· The urge to make people happy and have a great impression of our company

· Be able to work fast under pressure and go that extra mile for the company and our customers

This is a full-time role, based in our Dubai Studio City office, and reports to the Customer Service Team Leader. Full sponsorship is offered and medical insurance.
