Customer Service Representative Required in Dubai
To process and follow up on customer-sales orders targeting on time and complete order delivery while ensuring minimal returns upon delivery.
Customer Sales Order
Enters sales orders accurately on the system and checks prices for modern trade customers versus Follows-up with logistics team to ensure orders are delivered to customers on time.
Follows-up with IT and F&A on issues preventing the timely release of orders in order to minimize the delay of delivery to customers.
Coordinates with Market Planning team to ensure timely clean up of discontinued items from the system.
Transaction Processing
Processes transactions related to CN’s, DN’s, GRV’s and distribute them to the sales team in order to deliver them to customers.
Reports & Analysis
Analyzes and develops action plans in order to fix issues causing returns upon delivery.
Shares on a monthly basis discontinued items, wrong prices, and wrong barcodes with the sales team for correction.
KPIs
Updates monthly the KPIs and takes necessary actions in order to reach the target.
Requirements:
2-4 years experience in similar field
Advanced level in English language
Proficient in Excel
Good Reporting Skills
