Job Summary:

The CSR is responsible for responding to customer queries from walk-ins, emails, and phone calls in a timely manner with accurate details and delivering excellent service to customers.

Essential Functions:

Handle phone calls with appropriate greetings & assisting on Customer queries.
Obtain detailed information from customers regarding their queries and delivering correct instructions.
Maintain accurate documentation on vehicles and other operational documents.
Consistently responds to customer inquiries and requests in a professional manner thru emails or walk-in queries.
Maintains a positive and professional demeanor
Other administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Must be able to professionally speak, read and write English and Urdu.
Strong communication Skills.
One year of customer service experience. General automotive experience is a plus.
Excellent customer service attitude and skills
Ability to provide detailed logistical instructions
Professional phone manner.
Computer proficiency.
Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment-
Strong attention to detail
Must be able to handle conflicts
