Customer Service Representative Required in Dubai

The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists

Responsibilities

Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product
Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email
Perform tasks related to Customer files and on-boarding
Perform spot checks on clients files ensuring compliance
Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
Inform customers about new features and functionalities
Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
Interacting with customers and handling customer queries and complaints in a timely manner
Helping in reporting customer support data to the requesting team

Qualifications

Excellent command of the English and Arabic languages is required
2-3 Experience in similar roles (Customer-Centered)
Familiarity with KYC/On-boarding/Customer Service from the banking industry is a plus
Experience using CRM and help-desk tools
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Multi-tasking abilities
Strong Commitment Skills
Patience when handling tough cases
Experience working in operations and following procedures
Patience, compassion, and empathy
A passion for customer satisfaction
Time management skills
Readiness to learn
Willing to work in shifts / flexible hours
