Positive attitude with natural ability to provide excellent service in a team environment and in dealing with the people from different nationalities.
Operate within a customer facing capacity in branch, generating revenue growth by meeting and exceeding customer needs.
Ensure that each client receives outstanding customer service by providing a friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of Customer Service.
Effectively question and listen to the customers to enable and fully understand both new & existing customer’s financial circumstances and needs.
Demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of the Lari’s full range of products & services.
Help customers to understand how they can flexibly use Lari services through Mobile App, Call Center & Self-service points, to meet their varying needs.
Cultivate strong client relationships.
Maintain an awareness of all product knowledge information; promotions and advertisements.
Provide “One Stop” Services to the customers of Lari and ensuring timely and efficient execution of customers’ requests.
Ensure customer problems are handled appropriately, escalating issues when necessary.
Up-sell and cross-sell Lari products and services. Contribute to the achievement of branch business objectives by meeting or exceeding individual and team goals.
Understand & continue to develop your knowledge of operational risk, legal & regulatory requirements & operating procedures & practices.
