SYM LLC is an online car buying company, which is looking to recruit energetic, reliable and professional customer service agents to join its growing customer service department. The company which sees thousands of drivers booking to sell thier cars, SYM in on its online platform every day, and this number is growing.

The successful candidates will be responsible for handling calls from current and prospective customers as well as incoming calls, Kiosk reception, meeting and greeting customers, must have some admin experience. If selected, you will also be responsible for dealing with any concerns or complaints raised by customers, solve issues without the need of directing calls to the manager and develop a comprehensive knowledge of the automotive industry.

You will be given training on company policy, customer service and complaint handling but we are especially looking for candidates with a comprehensive customer service experience. There is also room for progression within roles.

Customer Service Agents are often the first point of contact for a customer and represent the company in its entirety. While an element of complaint handling is included in this role, there is an Aftercare Department responsible for dealing with escalated complaints.

The company is interested in hiring individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions.

Aftercare Representative responsibilities

Taking Incoming customer phone calls and take appropriate action for the concern / issue
Maintain customer satisfaction ratings based on explicit criteria set forth by the company
Use company policies to determine if there can be an immediate resolution to a customer issue or if that issue requires investigation
Input data into the company crm platform to keep each customer record updated
Must be smart and professional appearing
